At Axiomis Technologies ("Axiomis", "we", "our", or "us"), we are committed to providing structured internship programs, training services, mentorship, project-based learning experiences, assessments, certification services, and access to digital resources. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms applicable to all payments made for our programs and services.

By registering for any internship, training program, certification program, workshop, assessment, or related service offered by Axiomis Technologies, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Refund Eligibility

Except where otherwise required by applicable law, all fees paid are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

• Change of mind after registration
• Failure to attend the program
• Failure to complete assignments or projects
• Lack of participation or engagement
• Personal, academic, professional, medical, or financial reasons
• Dissatisfaction due to individual expectations
• Inability to secure employment, internships, interviews, placements, or career outcomes
• Technical limitations on the participant's device, internet connection, or personal setup
• Failure to meet eligibility or completion requirements
• Suspension or removal due to violation of program policies or Terms & Conditions

Axiomis Technologies does not provide a cooling-off period after purchase unless required by applicable law. No partial refunds shall be issued for partially completed programs, unused services, missed sessions, or early withdrawal. Deleting or requesting deletion of an account does not entitle the participant to any refund.

Where a refund is required by applicable law or approved by Axiomis Technologies, payment gateway charges, banking fees, taxes, or other non-recoverable processing costs may be deducted where permitted by law.

Cancellation of Enrollment

Registrations made for any internship, training program, certification program, workshop, event, or related service cannot be cancelled once payment has been successfully completed.

Upon enrollment, Axiomis Technologies may immediately allocate resources including platform access, administrative processing, mentorship capacity, evaluation systems, certification infrastructure, and other operational resources. Accordingly, cancellation requests will not be accepted after registration.

Program Transfers

Registrations are personal to the participant and may not be transferred, assigned, sold, shared, or exchanged with another individual. Requests to transfer enrollment from one person to another will not be approved.

Duplicate Payments

If a participant is charged more than once for the same transaction due to a technical error or payment gateway malfunction, Axiomis Technologies may, after verification, refund or reverse the duplicate payment or adjust it toward future services, as appropriate.

Failed Payment Transactions

If a payment is successfully debited but enrollment is not completed due to a verified technical issue on our platform, Axiomis Technologies will work with the payment service provider to resolve the issue. Where appropriate, enrollment will be completed or the payment will be reversed in accordance with applicable payment processing procedures.

Payment Currency & Taxes

Unless otherwise stated, all payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). All applicable taxes, including GST where required by law, are included in or added to the program fee as specified during checkout.

Promotional Discounts

Promotional discounts, coupon codes, scholarships, referral benefits, and special pricing are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or combined unless expressly stated.

Payment Gateway Processing

Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment service providers. Axiomis Technologies is not responsible for delays, failures, or errors caused by payment gateways, banking institutions, or other financial service providers.

Certificate and Evaluation Services

Program fees include various operational and administrative components such as application processing, platform access, mentorship support, project reviews, assessments, evaluation systems, certificate generation, verification infrastructure, and related services.

The issuance of certificates, evaluation reports, awards, or credentials remains subject to successful completion of applicable requirements and compliance with program policies. Payment alone does not guarantee issuance of a certificate or award.

Program Changes

Axiomis Technologies reserves the right to modify mentors, schedules, delivery methods, learning resources, assessment formats, or curriculum where reasonably necessary to improve or maintain the quality of the program.

Exceptional Circumstances

In the unlikely event that Axiomis Technologies permanently cancels a program before providing access to the participant, Axiomis Technologies reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to offer an alternative program, reschedule participation, provide account credit, or take any other appropriate corrective measure.

Nothing in this clause shall be interpreted as creating an obligation to provide refunds unless required by applicable law.

Force Majeure

Axiomis Technologies shall not be responsible for delays or cancellations resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, cyberattacks, pandemics, labor disputes, or governmental actions.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Participants agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks, payment reversals, or payment disputes after successfully enrolling in a program and receiving access to services.

Where a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated without valid legal grounds, Axiomis Technologies reserves the right to suspend access to services, withhold certificates, disable accounts, and pursue recovery of associated administrative and processing costs where permitted by law.

Policy Updates

Axiomis Technologies reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any updates will be published on this page along with the revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
